Questions and answers
- What counts as a minute?
- All speaking time on incoming calls answered by MenyVoice counts towards the month's usage.
- What if we need more minutes?
- You can move to a larger package or agree additional minutes with us. Terms for additional usage are set out in your agreement.
- Can we change package?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade the package at any time as your needs change.
- When are we billed?
- The monthly price is invoiced in advance. Additional usage is invoiced in arrears the following month.
