Sub-processor Overview for MenyVoice

1. Purpose
This Sub-processor Overview describes the sub-processors used by EzyAcnt ApS ("MenyVoice") in delivering the MenyVoice service.
This overview forms an integral part of MenyVoice's data processing documentation and must be read together with MenyVoice's Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
MenyVoice maintains this overview on an ongoing basis and updates it in the event of material changes to the sub-processor chain.
2. Allocation of roles
When MenyVoice processes personal data on behalf of a customer:
- The customer acts as the data controller.
- EzyAcnt ApS / MenyVoice acts as the data processor.
- The providers listed in this overview act as sub-processors to the extent they process personal data on behalf of MenyVoice.
All sub-processors are contractually obligated to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the requirements set out in Article 28 of the GDPR.
3. Use of sub-processors
MenyVoice uses sub-processors when necessary to deliver, operate, maintain or protect the MenyVoice service.
Depending on the specific solution, sub-processors may be used, among other things, for:
- hosting and infrastructure;
- telephony;
- AI processing;
- speech recognition;
- speech generation;
- call recordings;
- e-mail communication;
- payment processing;
- security;
- logging;
- technical support.
Not all sub-processors process the data of all customers.
Processing depends, among other things, on:
- the customer's configuration;
- activated features;
- selected integrations;
- the specific processing in question.

* The transfer basis depends on the specific processing activity and the provider's current data protection regime.
5. International transfers
Some sub-processors may process personal data outside the EU/EEA.
When this occurs, MenyVoice ensures that the processing takes place on a valid transfer basis in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
Depending on the specific processing, the transfer basis may, among other things, be:
- an adequacy decision by the EU Commission;
- the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC);
- the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where relevant;
- the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, where relevant;
- other valid transfer mechanisms under applicable law.
Where necessary, supplementary technical, organisational or contractual security measures are applied.
6. Changes to sub-processors
MenyVoice may add, replace or discontinue the use of sub-processors when necessary for the delivery, development, maintenance or secure operation of the service.
In the event of material changes affecting the processing of customers' personal data, customers will be notified in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
MenyVoice reviews and updates this overview on an ongoing basis to reflect the sub-processors currently in use.
